有關TE信貸資料庫的私隱公告

關於TE信貸資料庫收集及處理個人資料的私隱聲明
 
TE 信貸資料庫是由軟媒科技有限公司 Softmedia Technology Company Limited（「軟媒科技」）開發和營運。本私隱聲明列出了軟媒科技就提供信貸資料服務予 乾隆領達財務有限公司（下稱「領達財務」）如何收集及處理個人資料。
   
1.    領達財務按照其載於個人資料收集（客戶）聲明內的有關用途收集及使用客戶個人資料，當中涉及 TE 信貸資料庫的部分如下： 

I.     考慮信貸申請。領達財務會對客戶在其申請信貸日計起五個工作天的期限內向 TE 信貸資料庫進行信貸調查；及
II.    向客戶提供信貸便利之日常運作。領達財務會於貸款期內對客戶進行定期或特別審查，而此等審查只適用於已由領達財務提供相關資料予 TE 信貸資料庫之有效貸款賬戶。
 
領達財務並不會向已全數清還欠款並已結束的賬戶進行信貸調查。

2.    就客戶申請的貸款有關的資料，領達財務可能會把下列客戶資料提供予 TE 信貸資料庫：

I.     全名；
II.    香港身份證號碼；
III.    就每宗貸款的信貸資料（如：貸款申請日期、貸款提取金額、貸款期數、利率、及貸款結欠金額）；
IV.    就每宗貸款的賬戶狀況（如：「獲批核」、「拒絕」、「生效」、「逾期還款」、「已委派債務追收代理」、及「已撇賬」）；及
V.    貸款賬戶結束日期（如適用）。

軟媒科技會使用上述由領達財務提供的資料讓信貸提供者作信貸審查。

3.    任何資料當事人均有權向軟媒科技查核其個人信貸報告，或使用由軟媒科技開發的電話應用程式「MyLoan」查閱有關的資料。資料當事人有權要求軟媒科技對其不準確的個人資料作出更正。任何關於資料查閱或資料更正，應透過電郵向 support@softmedia.hk 提出。根據個人資料（私隱）條例的規定，軟媒科技有權就處理任何資料查閱的要求收取合理費用。  

4.    如領達財務之私隱政策聲明及個人資料收集（客戶）聲明與本私隱聲明互相抵觸，則在涉及領達財務私隱和資料保障執行事宜的範圍內，皆以 領達財務之私隱政策聲明及個人資料收集（客戶）聲明為準。

Privacy Notice relating to the Processing of Personal Data by the TE Credit Reference System

The TE Credit Reference System was developed and operated by Softmedia Technology Company Limited ("Softmedia"). This Privacy Notice describes how Softmedia collects and processes personal data in connection with its provision of credit reference services to QL Credit Gain Finance Company Limited ("Credit Gain").
 
1.    Credit Gain collects and uses personal data from its customers for the purposes as described in the Personal Information Collection (Customers) Statement, among which those that are related to the TE Credit Reference System are as follows:

I.     considering applications for credit facilities. Credit Gain may conduct credit check on the customer with the TE Credit Reference System within the limitation of five working days upon the time of application for credit; and
II.    the daily operation of the credit facilities provided to customers. Credit Gain may conduct credit checks at the time of regular or special reviews during the loan tenor and such credit checks are only applicable to active loan accounts of which relevant information has been provided to the TE Credit Reference System by Credit Gain.

Credit Gain does not conduct credit checks following closure of the customer's loan account(s).

2.    With respect to data in connection with loans applied by a customer, the following data relating to the customer may be provided by Credit Gain to the TE Credit Reference System:

I.      full name;
II.     Hong Kong Identity Card Number;
III.    details of the facility in respect of each loan (e.g. loan application amount, loan drawdown amount, loan tenor, interest rate and loan outstanding amount);
IV.    account status in respect of each loan (e.g. "Approved", "Rejected", "Active", "Past Due", "Assigned to Outside Debt Collection Agencies" and "Write-off"); and
V.    if any, loan account closed date.

Softmedia will use the above data supplied by Credit Gain for the purposes of assisting other credit providers in Hong Kong to conduct credit checks.

3.    Any individual has the right to request his personal credit report from Softmedia or check that via the "MyLoan" mobile application which is developed by Softmedia. The person also has the right to require Softmedia to correct any data relating to him which is inaccurate. Requests for access to data or correction of data should be sent via email to support@softmedia.hk. In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Softmedia has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request.

4.    In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection (Customers) Statement of Credit Gain and this Privacy Notice, the Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection (Customers) Statement of Credit Gain shall prevail to the extent that the conflict relates to matters involving the privacy and data security enforcement of Credit Gain.
